This firm is a pioneering leader in Data Center Strategy, Planning, Design, Integration, Commissioning, and Testing, with experience spanning thousands of data centers across the U.S. and worldwide.  They are offering a career-growth minded opportunity, offering exciting projects with leading-edge technology and innovation - we are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee and drive the success of our mission-critical commissioning programs. This role will be responsible for managing multiple data center projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. The Role

  • Planning, organizing and monitoring projects and programs
  • Create tactical plans and monitor, and report on progress
  • Establish, with Client, the on-site escalation process
  • Managing cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams 
  • Communicating objectives and direction clearly
  • Develop a roadmap to connect projects to a Program (multi-project campus or site)
  • Preparing reports for Delivery Managers and Project Managers
  • Develop project documents inc load bank plans, project scripts L2 through L5, program schdeules, final reports
  • Cx Alloy administration
  • Support for on-site personnel inc running meetings as necessary, technical support and distribution of daily documentation as necessary 
  • Program management co-ordination including co-ordinating with the PM on drawings, submittals and specs, team set up etc

The Requirements

  • Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Approx 5+ years of experience in Data Center specific environments 
  • Travel will be required, on a rate of approx 50% 
  • PE preferred but not required 
  • Excellent communication skills is key as you will be heavily involved with stakeholder relations/ client facing
