Senior Quantity Surveyor – West of Scotland (MOD Projects)

We are currently working with a National Main Contractor delivering high-profile projects across both the public and private sectors, who is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the West of Scotland within the MOD space.

The Role:

• Provide senior-level commercial support on projects within the MOD framework.

• Manage cost planning, procurement, and contract administration in line with NEC Commercial Contracts.

• Support long-term frameworks with projects extending into 2030 and beyond.

Candidate Requirements:

• Full British National due to Security Clearance requirements.

• Extensive experience with NEC Contracts and MOD project environment would be advantageous. 

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex project costs.
