Senior Quantity Surveyor – Cumbria (Nuclear Projects)

We are working with a National Main Contractor delivering high-profile projects across the public and private sectors, who is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Cumbria, specialising in the Nuclear sector.

The Role:

• Provide senior-level commercial support across nuclear projects.

• Manage cost planning, procurement, and contract administration in line with NEC Commercial Contracts.

• Support a long-term framework with projects extending into 2030 and beyond.

Candidate Requirements:

• Full British National due to Security Clearance requirements.

• Proven experience working with NEC Contracts in highly regulated environments.

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex project costs.

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to £70,000 DOE.
