We are seeking a Power Systems Engineer to support the design, analysis, and optimization of electrical infrastructure within mission-critical data center environments. This role focuses on ensuring reliability, resilience, and efficiency across medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems supporting hyperscale and enterprise facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform power system studies including short circuit, coordination, arc flash, and load flow analysis

• Support the design and review of electrical distribution systems including switchgear, UPS, generators, transformers, and EPMS

• Evaluate system reliability, redundancy (N+1, 2N, etc.), and fault tolerance

• Collaborate with design engineers, commissioning teams, and construction partners to ensure technical compliance

• Review protection schemes and relay settings

• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical system events

• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and other applicable standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• 3+ years of experience in power systems engineering, ideally within data centers or other mission-critical environments

• Experience with power system modeling software (e.g., SKM, ETAP, EasyPower)

• Strong understanding of medium- and low-voltage distribution systems

• Knowledge of backup generation and UPS systems preferred
