Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Edinburgh
Type: Permanent / Full-Time

A Tier 1 Multi Disciplinery Main Contractor are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their established Commercial Team based in Edinburgh. The bsuiness has recently won 3x large projects ranging in value between £40 and £90 million starting early next year. 

You will manage cost control, contract administration, and commercial aspects on these projects 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and contract negotiations.
• Monitor project financials and risks.
• Provide commercial advice and lead value engineering.
• Mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

• Experience in quantity surveying, preferably senior role.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
• Relevant degree(Quantity Sureveying). 
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
