- Proven ability to identify and implement innovative solutions for energy efficiency and sustainability in building design.
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, stakeholders, and project teams from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for promoting gender parity, diversity, and inclusivity in engineering and the workplace.

## Day-to-day
- Lead design team meetings, ensuring clear communication and coordination between disciplines and stakeholders throughout all project stages.
- Carry out feasibility studies, option appraisals, and value engineering exercises for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Review and validate design models, technical specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Present design concepts and progress updates to clients, regulatory bodies, and project stakeholders as required.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and practices in the mechanical and building services industry.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization by delivering presentations and writing technical reports.
- Support employee development through mentorship and participation in professional training initiatives.
