The Opportunity
On behalf of our client, a well-established and design-focused engineering consultancy based in Glasgow, we are seeking a Structural Engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join their growing team.

The Role
The successful candidate will:

Deliver structural design calculations, reports, and specifications
-
Work across steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures

Liaise directly with architects, contractors, and project teams

Attend client meetings and site inspections
-
Contribute to technically challenging and design-led projects
This is a hands-on design role offering strong exposure to complex and high-profile schemes.
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate experience in structural engineering
-
Experience working on UK building structures projects
-
Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and UK design standards
-
Proficiency in industry-standard design software
-
Working towards Chartership (ICE or IStructE) preferred

Strong communication and organisational skills
