Role Overview:
They are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their experienced team. This hands-on role involves leading structural design projects across commercial and residential developments, collaborating with clients, architects, and other engineers to deliver efficient, practical, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead structural design and analysis for commercial and residential building projects.

Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and specifications in line with current building regulations and industry standards.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, MEP engineers, and contractors.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Contribute to business development by supporting proposals and client presentations.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.
Requirements:

Chartered Structural Engineer (or working towards chartership) with significant experience in building structures.

Strong technical knowledge across commercial and residential projects.

Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., Robot, Revit, Tekla, or similar).

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-focused environment.
