Role Overview:
They are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their experienced team. This hands-on role involves leading structural design projects across commercial and residential developments, collaborating with clients, architects, and other engineers to deliver efficient, practical, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structural design and analysis for commercial and residential building projects.

  • Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and specifications in line with current building regulations and industry standards.

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, MEP engineers, and contractors.

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

  • Contribute to business development by supporting proposals and client presentations.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Structural Engineer (or working towards chartership) with significant experience in building structures.

  • Strong technical knowledge across commercial and residential projects.

  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., Robot, Revit, Tekla, or similar).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-focused environment.

  • Commitment to long-term career development within the company.
