Role Overview:
They are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with the ambition to progress to Associate level. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role, providing the opportunity to lead structural design projects across commercial and residential developments while taking the next step in your career. Flexible working arrangements are available to support work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead structural design and analysis for commercial and residential building projects.

Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and specifications in line with current building regulations and industry standards.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, MEP engineers, and contractors.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Take an active role in business development, client relationships, and proposals.

Support the practice’s growth and take on responsibilities consistent with progression to Associate level.
Requirements:

Chartered Structural Engineer (or working towards chartership) with significant experience in building structures.

Strong technical knowledge across commercial and residential projects.
-
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., Robot, Revit, Tekla, or similar).

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Ambition to progress to Associate level within the practice.

Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-focused environment.
