Role Overview:
They are seeking a Senior Revit Technician to join their experienced team. This role involves creating, managing, and coordinating Revit models for building structures, working closely with engineers and architects to deliver accurate and coordinated designs. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Revit models for commercial and residential building projects.

  • Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from Revit models.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

  • Maintain standards, templates, and workflows to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Mentor junior Revit technicians and provide guidance on best practices.

  • Support project delivery by ensuring models are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Revit Technician in building structures, with senior-level experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM 360 or similar platforms desirable).

  • Strong knowledge of building construction and structural engineering principles.

  • Experience coordinating models across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to mentor junior team members and manage workflow effectively.
