As part of their ambitious growth and development strategy, they are seeking a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor to join their thriving team and working on a range of exciting and challenging projects.

The Position

As part of their Building Surveying team, you will play a pivotal role within a growing, multidisciplinary team of professionals.

They operate across a diverse range of sectors including Education, Residential, Commercial and Leisure, with projects ranging from small repair schemes to new build developments.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering a full range of Building Surveying services, taking ownership of projects from inception to completion. You will also play a key part in developing the team, mentoring surveyors and sharing your expertise to shape the future of the business. This is the perfect role for an experienced BS looking to advance their career and take it to the next level.

The Person

Previous Building Surveying experience

MRICS qualified

Successful track record of leading projects from inception to completion

Pre and post contract experience

Experience in all aspects of professional side of BS, including dilapidations, schedules of condition, pre[1]acquisition surveys etc

Able to work alone or as part of a team, be responsible for your own workload, and have the ability to liaise with clients on a variety of projects

Salary c£65,000 + car allowance
