Role Overview:
They are seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to join their experienced team. This senior, leadership-focused role involves overseeing structural design projects across commercial and residential developments, mentoring engineers, and contributing to strategic business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee structural design and analysis for complex commercial and residential building projects.

Review and approve detailed drawings, calculations, and specifications in line with current building regulations and industry standards.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, MEP engineers, and contractors.

Mentor and guide senior and junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Take a key role in business development, client relationships, and strategic planning.

Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time and within budget.
Requirements:

Chartered Structural Engineer with extensive experience in building structures.

Proven track record of leading commercial and residential projects.

Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., Robot, Revit, Tekla, or similar).

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
