Our client, an established contractor is seeking a driven and experienced professional to oversee the successful delivery of a major construction and refurbishment scheme. This position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing works from initial mobilisation through to completion.

Main Duties

• Lead and supervise all on-site activities to ensure efficient project execution
• Manage subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site resources
• Ensure programme milestones and budget objectives are achieved
• Uphold health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the project
• Monitor workmanship and compliance with technical specifications
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Identify and resolve site challenges to keep the project progressing smoothly

Candidate Requirements

• Strong track record in managing construction, fit-out, refurbishment, or new-build developments
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication abilities
• Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and site teams
• Commercial awareness and the ability to manage project delivery effectively
• Industry-recognised certifications and training are advantageous
