Your responsibilities will include:

  • Chairing client and stakeholder meetings
  • Managing project information and contractual actions
  • Overseeing testing, handover, close-out and associated operational documentation
  • Driving continuous improvement across project delivery and health & safety

What We Are Looking For

Ideally, you will be an experienced Senior Project Manager / M&E Project Manager with a strong background delivering complex mechanical and electrical infrastructure projects. Experience within a regulated environment such as rail, defence, nuclear or other secure/critical infrastructure would be particularly beneficial.

You should also have:

  • Strong knowledge of NEC4 contracts
  • Experience managing M&E delivery teams and specialist subcontractors
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing projects through design, construction, commissioning and handover
  • Good commercial and programme awareness
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ requirements
  • Experience working collaboratively across commercial, planning, design and operational teams
  • Previous experience using CEMAR / Thinkproject CONTRACTS would be advantageous

Due to the nature of the programme, candidates must currently hold or be eligible to obtain Security Clearance. If you’re an experienced M&E Project Manager and would be interested in hearing more about the contractor, project and wider programme, please get in touch for a confidential discussion.
