Building Services Manager

Location: East of Scotland

We are working with a leading National Building Contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Building Services Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale construction projects across the East of Scotland, taking responsibility for the successful delivery and coordination of all building services packages.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all mechanical and electrical (M&E) services throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
• Coordinate building services design, technical submissions and installation programmes.
• Work closely with site teams, consultants and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor quality, compliance and commissioning to ensure all services are delivered to the required standards.

The Ideal Candidate: You will have previous experience in a Building Services Manager or similar role, ideally working for a main contractor on large-scale construction projects. Strong technical knowledge, leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are essential.
