We are partnering with a well-established MEP Contractor who are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of a circa £20 million MEP Package on a large scale public sector project in Ayrshire..

Key responsibilities include:

Managing project costs from inception through to final account
Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
Ensuring projects are delivered within budget
Working across a variety of contract forms including SBCC and NEC

What We’re Looking For:

Ideally hold a degree within relevant Subject (Quantity Surveying). 
Experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor ideally within an MEP Sub Contractor. 
Ability to manage live projects in a fast-paced setting
Working knowledge of NEC contracts 
Strong communication and commercial management skills
