James Gray are a leading Construction and Engineering recruitment business and as a result of our high growth plan we need to recruit 2 ambitious individuals for our Glasgow office to develop sections in our UK and USA teams. If you are driven, motivated and ambitious we want you to join our team. If you have demonstrated success in an outbound b2b sales role we want to hear from you. In return you will have access to the best tools in recruitment. You will have ongoing inhouse and 3rd party training from leading names in the industry. You will be supported by an encouraging management team and have uncapped earning potential.

• You must have confidence, a real passion for sales and be prepared to be resilient in the exciting world of recruitment.
• You must be the type of character who will thrive in the challenge of sales and loves the idea of developing careers and helping companies grow by recruiting the best staff.
• You must be confident in front of a camera and be prepared to put yourself out there for the world to critique!
