With the launch of a new business stream, we have multiple exciting opportunities for ambitious engineers to progress rapidly while working on high-profile projects in the Highlands.
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Site Engineers to oversee the construction of key civil and infrastructure works as part of a major energy transition initiative. This is a hands-on role offering substantial responsibility, including supervising site operations, conducting setting out and inspections, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. There is clear potential for progression into Sub Agent or senior engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities, including roads, bridges, drainage, and structural installations.

Conduct setting out, surveys, and site inspections.

Manage risk assessments, quality assurance, and site reporting.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Support junior engineers and maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ site engineering experience, preferably with Tier 1 contractors.

Strong experience in civil/structural works and setting out.

Knowledge of health & safety, risk assessments, and QA processes.

Ability to work independently in remote locations.

NEC contract experience is preferred but not essential.
