We’re seeking a talented Senior Structural Engineer to join our clients team, working on bespoke, multi-million-pound residential developments. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of unique, design-led projects—from initial concept through to completion—while collaborating closely with architects, clients, and contractors.

The Role
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll be deeply involved in every stage of premium residential builds. These are not standardised developments—each project is architecturally distinct, technically challenging, and crafted to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in translating ambitious designs into practical, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for bespoke luxury residential projects
• Take projects from concept design through detailed design to site completion
• Work closely with architects, clients, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Produce calculations, drawings, and specifications to a high standard
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in structural engineering, ideally within high-end residential or bespoke builds
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Excellent understanding of structural materials (steel, concrete, timber, masonry)
• Chartered Engineer status (or working towards)
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
• A passion for design quality and attention to detail
