We’re working with a leading infrastructure contractor known for delivering high-quality civils and infrastructure projects across Scotland. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and innovation, they have a reputation for completing projects on time and within budget. 

They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team supporting multiple civils projects. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead commercial management and cost control across projects

  • Prepare valuations, manage subcontractor contracts, and oversee procurement

  • Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and forecast costs

  • Collaborate with project teams to identify commercial risks and opportunities

  • Ensure compliance with contract conditions and company policies

Requirements: 

  • Proven Senior QS experience within civils or infrastructure contracting

  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial best practices

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

  • Relevant degree or professional qualification
