Construction Project Manager

Glasgow City Centre | Up to £70,000 + Benefits

We are currently working with an established Refurbishment & Fit Out Contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of small works and refurbishment projects for private sector clients across Glasgow City Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys working closely with clients and contractors, managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality works in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of small works, refurbishment and fit-out projects from pre-start through to completion. You will be client-facing and will need to be confident managing internal teams, subcontractors, consultants and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple small works and refurbishment projects.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Managing programmes, budgets, quality and health & safety.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Attending site meetings and providing regular project updates.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in refurbishment, fit-out or small works. You will be an excellent communicator with the confidence to deal with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Essential:

• Proven experience in a Construction Project Manager role.
• Experience within refurbishment, fit-out or small works.
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

• Base salary up to £70,000
