The Role
A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of a high-value public sector project in the North East of Scotland.
Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a major scheme from construction through to completion on a circa 2-year programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the project from construction through to handover
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
- Drive programme, quality, and productivity on site
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety procedures
- Work closely with commercial teams on cost control and reporting
- Coordinate materials, design information, and programme requirements
- Support the delivery of a high-quality, snag-free finish
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager ready to step up
- Background within a main contractor environment
- Experience on large-scale or public sector construction projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Degree qualified or trade background
