The Role

A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of a high-value public sector project in the North East of Scotland.

Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a major scheme from construction through to completion on a circa 2-year programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the project from construction through to handover
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
• Drive programme, quality, and productivity on site
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety procedures
• Work closely with commercial teams on cost control and reporting
• Coordinate materials, design information, and programme requirements
• Support the delivery of a high-quality, snag-free finish

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager ready to step up
• Background within a main contractor environment
• Experience on large-scale or public sector construction projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Degree qualified or trade background
