Location: Central Scotland
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE + Car Allowance
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join a well-established MEP subcontractor with a turnover of £30 million. With works secured under a long-term MOD framework—currently only a third complete—this position offers strong long-term security.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover within a secure site

Coordinate subcontractors and oversee mechanical installations

Collaborate with design and project management teams

Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards

Manage procurement and material logistics
-
Attend progress meetings and provide project updates
-
Report to the Project Manager on progress and key project metrics
Requirements:
-
Experience delivering mechanical packages in a construction/M&E environment
Background with MEP contractors or similar

Strong coordination and communication skills
Must hold or be eligible for UK Security Clearance

Willing to work on-site within a secure MOD base
