Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site health and safety, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice

• Conduct audits, inspections, and accident investigations

• Influence and promote a positive HSE culture across multi-disciplinary teams

• Deliver in-house training and champion continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as an HSE professional in construction, civil, or marine sectors

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent); IOSH membership preferred

• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels

• Self-motivated, highly organised, and proactive

• UK Driving Licence; security clearance/vetting required
