We are urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a busy and expanding civil engineering and surfacing contractor based in North Lanarkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with a strong track record delivering highways, local authority, residential, or commercial surfacing projects to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple civil engineering and surfacing projects across Scotland

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver works on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

• Lead teams, subcontractors, and maintain client and stakeholder relationships

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Oversee budgets, risk management, and project quality

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing civil engineering or road surfacing projects

• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and construction management principles

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Full UK driving licence
