Building Services Manager – Construction
Location: Central West Scotland (Robroyston / Glasgow)

We’re partnering with a leading main contractor renowned for delivering high-quality projects across commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and public sector developments. With a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and technical excellence, they deliver projects that make a lasting impact.

They are now seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to oversee all mechanical and electrical (M&E) elements across multiple projects, ensuring delivery to the highest quality, safety, and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender submissions and assess opportunities, risks, and project feasibility.

• Evaluate and approve contractors, ensuring they are suitably qualified, resourced, and capable of delivery.

• Lead building services coordination reviews and prepare installation method statements.

• Monitor quality control, budget adherence, and programme schedules.

• Review M&E tender documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Identify and implement value engineering opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in managing building services on large-scale construction projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, building services standards, and relevant regulations.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• HNC/HND in Building Services (degree desirable).

• Ability to work collaboratively while making confident, informed decisions.
