Building Services Manager – Construction 
Location: Edinburgh and Glasgow  
Salary: Competitive + Package 

We’re working with a well-established Scottish construction group renowned for delivering high-quality projects across residential, commercial, leisure, and infrastructure sectors. With a commitment to sustainability and client satisfaction, this contractor has built a strong reputation for excellence and innovation. 

They are currently seeking a Building Services Manager to lead and oversee all building services aspects of their projects, ensuring efficient delivery and compliance with technical standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and coordinate all building services activities across projects
  • Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless integration
  • Monitor installation quality, budgets, and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, health & safety, and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practice in building services delivery

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven experience managing building services on construction projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and building regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively
