Assistant Site Manager
Location: Glasgow 
Salary: Competitive + Package 

We are working with a well-established construction group that is a market leader in the development and construction of affordable housing for rent and sale. With a strong reputation for quality, safety, and innovation, this contractor consistently delivers projects on time and to high standards. 

They are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support site operations and ensure smooth project delivery. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in managing site activities and subcontractors.
  • Support the Site Manager with health & safety compliance and quality control.
  • Monitor progress against the programme and report on site performance.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers on site-related matters.
  • Help manage materials, resources, and daily site logistics.

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in a similar role within construction
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health & safety practices and site procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
