Well what a year 2020 was! I am really pleased to say that after a really shaky period when the whole world was uncertain back in March/April, the team at James Gray rallied and we finished the year with some of our best months in our near 15 year history.
As 2021 begins, albeit with further COVID related restrictions I am feeling positive about this year. The restrictions will lift eventually and the vaccine roll out will start to bring life back to normality.
There is significant pent-up demand in the economy and there is plenty of well researched thought that we are about to enter this century’s version of the “roaring 20s”! As ever there will always be contrarian views but as a dad to two young girls and a leader of a business I prefer to drink out a “half full” glass!
Sticking with the positive theme I am delighted to welcome two new additions to James Gray. Kelly Stirling has joined as Divisional Director and Grant Wotherspoon as Senior Consultant. Both Kelly and Grant have significant experience in their fields and are excellent additions to the team.
Furthermore, I am pleased to announce the well-earned promotions of Ronan Neill and Craig Galloway to Divisional Directors, Gary Singleton to Principal Consultant and Kirsten MacBeth to Labour Manager. All four have contributed greatly to the recent success of the business and I look forward to them continuing this success in 2021 and beyond.
