Recruitment Consultant – Construction and Engineering

Role and Responsibilities

James Gray Recruitment is looking for ambitious recruitment consultants to join our growing team, and are offering an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to develop their career in line with our continued expansion.

We work in partnership with some of the leading companies within the construction and engineering market and our proud of the valuable relationships we have built over the last 10 years.

Our commitment to a consultative recruitment approach has helped to cement our reputation as the trusted experts with many of our clients, and has also offered our employees the chance to contribute to an innovative and market-leading approach to recruitment.

The role will be to manage a recruitment desk specialising in the construction and engineering sectors and we currently have vacancies in both our Glasgow and Durham offices.

The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months’ experience working in recruitment consultancy. Experience of the Construction or Engineering sector is preferred but is not essential for the role. You should be a good communicator and adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates. Ability to prioritize and manage your workload independently is essential.

Recruitment Consultant – Support

This position is in our newly established recruitment division for support personnel, specialising in the recruitment of Financial, IT, HR and similar roles.

The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months’ experience as a recruitment consultant. Experience recruiting support personnel is preferred but not essential for the role. You should be a good communicator and adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates. Ability to prioritize and manage your workload independently is essential.
