About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior / Principal Structural Engineer to lead high-profile projects and provide technical leadership across our team. You will oversee the delivery of complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the growth of the business through technical excellence and client relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex structural engineering projects from concept to completion.

• Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers in their professional development.

About You

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) with extensive experience in structural design and project leadership.

• Proven track record delivering large-scale or technically complex projects.

• Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, and composite structures.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Commercially aware with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Passionate about mentoring and developing engineering talent.
