Location: Central Belt, Scotland
Salary: £68,000 – £75,000 + Benefits

We are working exclusively with a leading infrastructure contractor delivering high-profile rail and civil engineering projects across Scotland. They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of commercial delivery and contract management across a range of multi-disciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance, cost control, and risk management.

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve commercial issues and ensure successful project outcomes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience managing contracts on civil engineering or rail projects.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent understanding of contract law, procurement, and commercial reporting.
